So you’ve never been to a kinesiologist before. I hope this short introduction will help you understand what to expect:

  1. Each session begins with an open honest discussion. This usually takes around 15 minutes. I will ask you questions and support you along the way to find out the best focus (goal) for your session. Your goal might be relief from pain, depression, or whatever is disturbing your health and wellbeing. Your goal might feel stressful at first but throughout the session techniques will be used to relieve that feeling.
  2. For the majority of the session you will lie on a massage table fully clothed. Clients often comment how relaxed they feel. Through muscle testing I will identify patterns that are causing imbalance in your body. These patterns will determine the particular kinesiology techniques used to return your body to a balanced state. You will then be guided through a blissful short relaxation
  3. At the end of your session I will clarify any questions you may have and how many visits you might need (usually 3). Clients are often surprised at feeling so relaxed and have an immediate sense of feeling a change for the better.

I will email information (called home support document) from your session within 48 hours. It will include any activities you’ve agreed to support the changes you want.
