Prerequisite: Touch For Health 3

Syllabus

  • Review key principals from Touch For Health 1, Touch For Health 2 and Touch For Health 3, including:
    — Five Elements and Meridian Review
    — Reactive Muscle Review
    — All 42 muscles
  • Mastery of accurate muscle testing. This is a skill you will use for the rest of your life.
  • Work with the Tibetan energy system with application to 14 organs
  • How to effectively analyse posture and use techniques to improve
  • Learn the theory behind acupressure holding points
  • Work with Lou Points to release muscle pain
  • Understand the deep and superficial muscles of the body
  • Develop an understanding of muscles used in sport and exercise
  • Tips top kinesiologists use for working efficiently
  • Hands on demonstration and practice session for all 42 muscles and their corrections:
    — head to toe
    — prone and supine
  • Further training information including:
    — how to become a Touch for Health Instructor,
    — aims of the International Kinesiology College, and
    — other guidelines.

BONUS:   Past students are warmly invited to repeat this module within two years of their original completion, subject to available spaces, for a nominal returning-student fee. Places tend to fill quickly, so early registration is recommended. Many participants report that revisiting the material reinforces their learning,  strengthens confidence and deepens their practical skills.
